Please note that due to high transport costs, if a delivery is attempted and is rejected from site after we have given you the delivery date by email and that delivery date has not been rejected by you, Access Glazing reserves the right to charge you 10% of the order value for the transport costs to redeliver, payable before final delivery. Most deliveries are ‘kerb’ deliveries but for any product above 40kg, you will need to have people on site to help unload the lorry. Anything that weights more than 100kg requires at least 4 persons.

Please note that when you receive your goods you must check them for damage before you sign for them. Once signed as received in good condition, claims for damaged goods are not covered (signing for items that were not checked will not cover you). If there is damage upon delivery we will action the replacement of parts within a reasonable time scale usually within 24 hours. Please notify us at . Please do not schedule in your builder or any other trades until your materials are on site as some deliveries may be delayed and we are unable to compensate you, your builder or any other trades.

Ordering Process

Customers using this website must agree with our terms and conditions in order to place an order. We reserve the right to update or modify our terms and conditions on this site at any time without notice.

Please ensure you read and understand these terms and conditions on each visit to the site before placing an order. Access Glazing Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order without giving a reason, or to request further information (via email or telephone) before any order is processed. You will receive an email upon placing an order – this is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received. It does not mean that it is processed and the stated lead time has begun. The order is only processed once we notify that the order is placed.


We send all products wrapped in protective packaging to avoid damage. When the delivery has arrived you need to remove the outer packaging. Do not store plastic products in the packaging or inner bags in direct sunlight. This will stop any damage occurring due to overheating.

Your statuary rights are acknowledged by Access Glazing Ltd, however we cannot accept responsibility for 3rd party failure to deliver your goods on time. We always do our best to deliver to you on time as agreed, however we do not guarantee to deliver and we cannot accept any responsibility for any losses you may incur due to late delivery.

We will not give your personal details (including your email address) to any other company for any reason. We will not send unsolicited email to our customers unless you have first given your consent.
